How to order

Online

Our on-line store is easy to use and is supported by a secure Paypal checkout.  We accept all major credit and debit cards and you do not need to have a Paypal account.  If you have any discount codes, these can be entered at the checkout.

By cheque or bank transfer

If you would prefer to pay by cheque, please print an order form from here and send it with your cheque made payable to Thoosa Limited to Sales Team, Unit 1, 8 Bedford Court, London WC2E 9LU.  We will dispatch your order as soon as the cheque clears.

UK – orders of £75 and over Free
UK – orders under £75 £3.00
Rest of Europe £6.00
Rest of the world £12.00

All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail First Class Signed For service which means that a signature is required on delivery. Please be sure to give us a delivery address where someone will be in to receive the parcel. If you will not be at home, please give us your office address or that of a friend. If Royal Mail attempt a delivery and leave a card, the parcel will be held at a local post office for one week before being returned to us.

Please allow 7 working days for delivery (although we aim to dispatch orders within 2 days).

On overseas orders, additional local import duties may be payable on receipt.

Exchange/ returns

We hope that you will be delighted with your new running clothes but we appreciate that you may wish to exchange or return your order if it’s not quite right. You can send them back to us unworn and in perfect condition using the pre-addressed label. We will be happy to either exchange your order or issue a full refund. There is no additional postage charged for orders sent out to UK addresses. Detailed instructions will be sent out with your original parcel and please feel free to telephone us (020 7240 31010) or email us (sales@thoosa.com) if you have any questions.
