How to order

Online

Our on-line store is easy to use and is supported by a secure Paypal checkout.  We accept all major credit and debit cards and you do not need to have a Paypal account.  If you have any discount codes, these can be entered at the checkout.

By cheque or bank transfer

If you would prefer to pay by cheque, please email us at sales@thoosa.com and we let you have an order form which you can send with your cheque (made payable to Thoosa Limited) to Sales Team, Thoosa Ltd, Unit 1, 8 Bedford Court, London WC2E 9LU.  We will dispatch your order as soon as the cheque clears. 

Delivery

UK – orders of £75 and over:  Free
UK – orders under £75:  £3.00
Rest of Europe £6.00
Rest of the world £12.00

All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail First Class service. 

Please allow 7 working days for delivery (although we aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days).

On overseas orders, additional local import duties may be payable on receipt.

Exchange/ returns

We hope that you will be delighted with your new running clothes but we appreciate that you may wish to exchange or return your order if it’s not quite right. You can send them back to us unworn and in perfect condition. We will be happy to either exchange your order or issue a full refund less any original postage paid. There is no additional postage charged for orders sent out to UK addresses. Detailed instructions will be emailed to you after your order has been processed.
